A native of Hudson County, Pam Richmond was elected to the Howell Township Council in 2019. A Howell resident for the past 10 years. Mother of two, Councilwoman Richmond has been engaged in community service in a variety of roles including having been PTA President, a youth baseball and basketball coach, and a girl scout leader. Not a conventional politician, Councilwoman Richmond enjoys working to help Howell families, charities, and working with young people. While on the Township council, she has focused on needed improvements to our parks and roads. A fiscal conservative, Councilwoman had worked tirelessly to hold the line on taxes and spending and currently is the Council’s member of the Township Planning board.
